fantastic stay near pride park!

helpful staff central location
the staff was very helpful. the location is central, which i found convenient. i was allowed to take my bike into the room, i was grateful for this. the value was very good too.
the room needs some tlc. the bathroom toilet floor had heavy cracks and the toilet flush was hanging off the wall, these issues should be adressed.

my standard double room had a comfortable bed. the room also had a tv with many channels. i found a desk with a lamp, this helped me to work.

the room was very clean the air conditioning was welcome after a long trip on a very hot day i found usb charging ports convenient there was also a good tea and coffee selection. breakfast was nice and hot with plenty of selection the checkout was easy. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful regarding parking.

extra parking fees spraying shower tap
i was disappointed by the parking situation. i had to pay extra despite expecting it to be included. then, the shower tap sprayed water everywhere unless i turned it on low. it wasn't the best start to my stay.

the breakfast offered many choices and vegetarian options were available when requested. our room was clean and spacious, this included a convenient wet room. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, it.
the air conditioning unit made loud noises during the night even when turned off, it was a distraction. the air-conditioning system was not sufficient to properly heat the room, i was quite cold.

i found the staff were very polite. my room was clean. breakfast offered good choice. the hotel is located close to the train station.
The electric heater took some time to warm up my room. That was slightly inconvenient after arriving.
